Home and Living Assessment

Service Description

We provide assessments for participants exploring Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), or Individualised Living Options (ILO). The assessment explores the participant’s daily functional capacity, supervision and support needs, and preferences for living arrangements. A comprehensive report is completed to support NDIS Home and Living applications, clearly outlining support hours and environmental requirements.
