Service Description

Our home modification assessments identify the necessary changes to a participant’s living environment to improve safety and accessibility. The OT evaluates functional performance within the home and provides tailored recommendations, which may include bathroom modifications, ramps, grab rails, or structural alterations. We collaborate with builders and access consultants where needed and provide a report with clinical justification for NDIS approval.
